The Hoboken Biergarten, an authentic Austro-Hungarian biergarten, is the anchor tenant at 1422 Grand Street. Set in a turn-of-the-century bier hall with an adjoining, sunny biergarten, it's the perfect place to spend the day with good friends and family.

Since its opening in 2011, this building has quickly become a landmark in the northwestern area of Hoboken and has sparked considerable development and interest in the area. In addition to the biergarten, 1422 Grand Street is also home to 25,000 square feet of family-friendly, loft style commercial space including fitness studios, after-school programs, physical therapy offices, and architecture studios.
