Pegasus Partners LLC is a Hoboken-based real estate development and management company. In 2010, Principals Mark Villamar and Hany Ahmed founded the company combining over 50 years of industry experience. Since their partnership began, Mark and Hany’s innovative projects have pioneered development in one of Hoboken’s most underutilized neighborhoods. The key to their success has been anticipating what is going to happen next instead of focusing on what is happening now.
